I requested new internet connection on January 17 and have it up and running by 1st February. However, appointment given is only 15th February which is too far away and I need internet connection at my home for work purposes. Is there any way to move this earlier? thanks!

Hi @Ahsi, welcome to our forum. Usually it is very difficult or impossible to move an engineer forward. You're profile does not contain your details, so I can't see the possibilities for your situation. 

The quickest way to get clarity on this is by calling us at 0800-0402. Have you done that yet?
