Open the app, goto Producten and select the old number. Go down on that page and select the button Abonnement (Subscription). Then, on the next page select “Dit abonnement verbergen” or “Hide this subscription” if your app is set to English.
If that doesn't work, call KPN customer service on 0800-0402. Available on weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00, Saturdays until 17:00. Or make a call back appointment online (bottom right on the page) and you will be called back at a time that suits you.
