Can not use the Wifi-Manager because I have multiple accounts in my MijnKPN

Hello,

Since i have multiple customer account in my id i can not use the Wifi Manger.

Can you please help me to remove the old account id.

Hi ​@Gnanadurai , as mentioned above you should be able to remove the old one yourself, but only by using the MijnKPN APP on your mobile.

Open the app, goto Producten and select the old number. Go down on that page and select the button Abonnement (Subscription). Then, on the next page select “Dit abonnement verbergen” or “Hide this subscription” if your app is set to English.

If that doesn't work, call KPN customer service on 0800-0402. Available on weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00, Saturdays until 17:00. Or make a call back appointment online (bottom right on the page) and you will be called back at a time that suits you.

Hi ​@Gnanadurai , do you have more than one home internet subscription in your KPN ID account? Indeed, that causes problems with some KPN tools.

Have you tried to remove the old subscription? This can only be done in the MijnKPN app on your mobile. Select the subscription and select “Dit abonnement verbergen” or “Hide this subscription” if your app is set to English.

Thanks you ! My problem similar to below thread .

I got two customer number taged under my profile. the old one should be removed .There is no option to remove the old number  .

it is not working ,it is visible only in the web profile not in the mobile app . Should be done in backend by kpn

I am also a KPN customer, so I cannot help you any further.
