Can someone please help me? Can't get in touch with customer service

I can not get in touch with any of your client service. This is really frustrating! It is literally an infinite loop, you sned me to the online checker ( i used it 5 times already without the problem being solved) then when i call ( i called more than 3 different phone numbers by now) and they all tell me to check with the online tool which like i said o already did MANY TIMES! can you get a proper client service? How am i supposed to get any help like this? What kind of joke is this? And where can i make an official complaint that will actually be read by people and not just robots as so far i could only get in touch with your useless robots
