Cancelling subscription

Hi Team,

 

I have moved abroad from Netherlands and already deregistered and already reported the immigration.

But have received invoice for January 2021 although I have already requested for cancellation of subscription for 28th Dec 2020.

 

Please help to cancel the subscription.

Hello @Moving abroad, thank you for your message! I can see that your cancellation has already been processed. You will receive a final invoice with a refund from 28th December till 31th of January. If you have anymore questions, please let us know!
