Hi

I am going to be moving into my apartment on the 25 July and have ordered the fibre to be activated from then however the modem/router is going to arrive 3-5 days before then but I wont be at the apartment yet.

Can I get it delivered only on the day? Or for it to be delivered somewhere else before?

Hi @Codi de Faria, welcome! If you're not there at the moment the postman wants to deliver the installation package, the package will be delivered at the neighbours or at the nearest post office. You can pick it up within one week.
