Change delivery address of internet package

Hello,

I‘m moving to a new house and I’ve started an Internet subscription with KPN from 19-03-2020.
I do not live at that address yet, so I would like to have the modem delivered to my current address. I’ve searched for a way of doing this by myself but with no success. I was wondering if you could help.

Hey @Claudiu GS, welcome! If the installation package hasn't been shipped yet, we can change the delivery address. You've filled in your profile, thank you, and with that I've just checked and I see the package hasn't been sent yet. So, I've just changed the address. You will get the package delivered at your old address. It will arrive some 3-5 days before the 19th.
