Change the date for receiving the package

I applied for internet with kpn but I have not moved to the house yet. It seems that the the parcel is going to the house tomorrow but there is no one to pick it up. Is there something that can we do to delay reschedule the delivery?

Hey @Abel dlp! If the package will be delivered tomorrow. Then it's too late to reschedule the appointment or change the address. It's not really a problem. If no one is home, the package will be handed over to a PostNL pick-up point. You have 14 days to pick it up before the package is sent back to us.
