Hi, 

How can I complain my KPN service? 

My internet always has been dropping off. Even though according to my contract,  my speed is supposed to be 50mbps. I tested it is around 8-9 mbps. How it is possible? 

 

I am using it for two or more months!

 

I couldn`t find call asistant in English.

Thanks for contacting us via this forum. First thing I would like to know, is how you measured the speed of 8/9 Mit/s; was this via the wifi or did you use a wired connection? When you work via the wifi in general you will always lose speed because a wifi signal has to move through the air. To see how much bandwith you have, you should do a speedtest with a pc or laptop that is connected with the Experia Box via a cable. Will you let me know the outcome?
