I have to say I’m not satisfied with your customer service/ order system. Yesterday, I subscribed your internet offer but I set wrong start date. I called your customer service to change the start date but your staff told me that my order is not in the system so they cannot help.
I also want to link the internet service with Mijn KPN (to change the appointment with the trchnician) but to do that, I have to know my customer code. So far I received 2 emails from KPN but both the emails don’t show my customer code.
