Could clarify when the current internet connection will be cancelled? Will come to KPN

I’ve order my Internet yesterday and have selected the Switching Services provided by KPN by I’m concerned about the date my current Internet connection will be canceled. I don’t want to loose my internet connection before having my new one in my new address.

Could you please clarify when the current internet connection will be cancelled? I’ve selected 20th of March as my starting date at KPN.

Hi @mboav, welcome here. 

You won't lose your connection. When you use our Swithching Service will we notify your provider that you will come to us. At the day our services are online we will notify your old provider to determine the connection. So you will always have a connection.
