Hey there, guys!

Sorry if this was asked before, I don’t speak Dutch.

I’ve had this number/sim card for a few months now and everything has worked perfecty here in Liège, Belgium, until a few days ago. All of a suddent, my data doesn’t work anymore, even though the app tells me I still have 137MB left. Today, I upped it with 1GB to see if something would change, but the problem remains.

Do you have any idea of why this problem has appeared out of the blue? Considering it’s been almost 6 months with no issues at all? I tried to find my way around the website to a support email/chat or something, but couldn’t find anything other than the forum.

I'm sorry to hear that your data suddenly stopped working. Are you still able to make a call? And are you connected to a network? Maybe a very default advise, but often a good one: did you restart your phone since you experience this? And if you add your name, postal code, housenumber and mobile numer to your forum profile, then we can look up your information and check a few things.
