I am currently moving over from Ziggo to KPN.

KPN has assured me that I will still have internet when Ziggo cancel my subscription, The installation of KPN will be in the 13th April but Ziggo have notified us that they will cancel us on the 2nd of April.  We are worried about having a gap with no internet. KPN has informed us we wont be without internet, can you confirm this and explain how this is possible.

Welcome, @B.Stephen! If my colleague assured you that. Then I assume that you have ordered a subscription with the so-called ‘Overstapservice’ (EN: switching service). Is this correct? In that case, Ziggo will receive a sign to stop the subscription when your KPN modem is installed and operating. Even if the installation is delayed, the cancel date for your Ziggo subscription will move to the date you (of our engineer) installs the modem.
