discount for moving with KPN not on the invoice

Hi Team, I recently moved apartment and also moved KPN connection. Thanks to you that internet is started now fully in my new apartment. as part of this move, I was offered 20 Euros discount per month for 3 months, i.e. total 60 euros discount. I do not see that has been reflected in the invoive of month of June. Could you kindly guide when that would be reflected in my invoices? thank you!

Good evening @RohitKumbhar! Glad to hear that you can use the Internet in your new appartment! I can see that we have processed your request to move on June 14th. This means that you’ll see the discount of 20 euro for 3 months on your next invoice!
