I have been waiting for over a month now for my internet to get set up, and no technician has been assigned yet. Have been calling over and over again, and another ticket to the technical department which hopefully will set me up soon.
In the meantime I wanted to see if I could get a emergency data modem sent to me to use? Read about this online and since it has been almost a month now that I have no internet, I require it for working at home. Can this please be set up?

So no internet yet. A mechanic has to be planned. I see it's possible. Also see you had contact this morning. But still no assignment for the mechanic. You will call 0800-0402 to schedule one. Is that correct?
I will advise you to do so, cause I can’t send a ermergency data modem if there wasn't any mechanic to check out your line.
