Experia box V10a and 4g router. Speeds going down to 12Mbps few hours after reset.

Hi guys.

 

I have Experia box v10a connected with Sagecom 4g (2 antennas). Every time few hours after hard reset it looks like 4g stops working, and router change settings by itself - like turning on wifi, that was disabled or DMZ.  All the lights on the devices show that everything is ok, but i have to reset Experia to go back to 60 Mbps. Any idea How to fix it permanently?

We are going to swap your v10a for a v10. Did you receive the SMS with logistic information and do you unsterstand it, since it's in Dutch?

    When you hook up the new modem. First only connect the v10 and let is stay on for about an hour.

    After that hook up the 4g router en give this a reset. Let me know if you still experience trouble.
