Hallo mensen,
Wij hebben sinds vorig jaar rond december 2021 last van wegvallende internet en wifi.
We hadden eerst een test gedaan en toen kwam er uit dat onze modem te oud was en we hebben een nieuwe Experiabox v12 gekregen maar als nog valt het internet constant weg en komt naar 2 a 3 minuten weer terug.
Als ik inlog in de router dan staan er wel 83 paginas vol met errors van dat we geen connectie hebben.

En dan dit kregen we elke dag wel een paar keer en het begint wel heel erg vervelend te worden!
We hebben een nieuwe internet kabel geprobeerd en niks werkt
resetten al tientallen keer gedaan en ook geen succes
alle kabels eruit niks helpt
misschien is er iets mis met het glasvezel kastje waar de glasvezel binnenkomt?
Of de verdeel kast in de wijk?
Ik weet het niet meer.
