Fiber Box (glasvezelkastje) still not installed

Hi,

I have fiber optic connection point (glasvezelaansluitpunt) already installed by KPN but not yet the fiber optic box (glasvezelkastje) although I see in the order status page that i can connect my modem myself. As far as I am concerned, the modem -which I already received from KPN- can not be connected without fiber optic box. Will someone come and make this extra installation? If so, when and how? Should i make another appointment for that? If yes, why I don’t see this extra step in the order status page? Something is not clearly communicated here.

Hi @Tunahan, welcome to our forum! Have you not received the fiber optic box? It should be delivered with your experiabox.
If you havent we can order one for you, the quickest way to contact us about this will be by phone on 0800-0402

If you do have it you can just connect it yourself and connect the experiabox to it to get your connection working
