Hello,

 

I received my modem a couple of days back, and the email today that everything is set now and I should be able to connect, however, when I connect the modem, I see that the fiber light does not work (and so no connection)

(As seen below, the Glas led, the middle one, is off)

 

 

@stix When you cut of power for 2 minutes and turn back on again is the glas-led still of ?


@HansaanZet Yes, unfortunately, the Glas led remain off after cutting the power for a couple of minutes.

Hi @stix, welcome. 

Unfortunately your fiber isn't working. Fastest way is too call 0800-0402. My colleague will immediately look into it and will take action if needed. 

Of course I can also look into it. If you prefer this. Please let me know when you filled in your profile.
