I received the installation kit today and tried to connect it. But during installation, I saw that the fiber light does not work.
Could this be due to the fact that the connection has not been completed yet? But today I received an email that the connection is ready.

 

Do you live in a new house or did you previously have an copper connection and now a fiber connection? I think you should call KPN on the toll free number and ask for an technician. They probably wired the the connection wrong in the street cabinet or the fiber unit is wrong. The number of Kpn Is 0800-0402
