It has been 3 weeks and no internet. On March 24 I got an email saying the installation package is delivered. But it was not. We reached out to customer service and they sent us another package.
Meanwhile we found out that the package was delivered to a neighbour's address. He gave us the package and we tried following the setup. The glass fibre box always showed the red alarm light on.
The new package sent by KPN was just a modem for copper wire connection. It did not have the setup to connect with glass fibre.
After few attempts with technician there is still no interent but only more appointments.
I am wondering whether KPN disabled the old pacakge boxes after sending the new one?
