Fiber connection unstable: KPN XGS-PON

In the topic you replied to the topic starter tested a different device, and the connection did work on that one (he tested the Dream Machine) so I'd advice you to try the same. If the Dream Machine doesn't solve the problem, you can return it. You can order one, you can always return your order within 14 days and get your money back, so I assume the same applies to any of the shops you can buy a Dream Machine at as well. If the Dream Machine doesn't solve the problem, you can return it. I'm not very familiar with this hardware, so unfortunately I have no other advice to offer here, but hopefully this is the solution!
