Fiber glass alarm light is red and no internet connection

Hi, I received the KPN kit and waited until the installation date to plugin the modem and cables. But when I put the fiber glass connection the box just has the Power light on on green and the Alarm on red light, no light on Connection.
I already turn on and of few times to test if it would work to have connection but didn’t work and still no connection. 

What should I do?

Hi Thomas, I contacted KPN and they sent a technician yesterday to solve my issue
