We have the same problem….its super annoying and unacceptable, we are literally with glasvezel internet and the newest modem from KPN with the fastest internet available (1gbit)… we already talked about that over the phone ,they said they will see what they can do and - nothing...I have to use the mobile hotspot from Odido to get more stable internet that’s just laughable

Hi @Mimo Azizov, welcome! I'm very sorry to see that it doesn't work properly! In the original topic, topic starter says internet and wifi are dropping. Do you also experience this with a cable? Or is it really only via wifi? I think you should call my colleagues again (0800-0402), when the wifi drops. They can run some tests and create a ticket for our technical support, if necessary.
