Fibre not activated in new house?

Hey,

I applied for a KPN connection at my house that I recently moved into. I believe that the house is already wired for fibre. I got the modem through post and finished setting it up.

When I connect to the modem through wifi, there is a sign in prompt on my device. When I click this, I get a page saying the ISP does not know my details yet.

Is there any steps I need to do activate the internet connection?

Your connection will be activated on the start date. We send you the modem earlier, so that you acutally can connect it on the startdate and go online. You just have to wait until the 14th @Dracarys

Could you make an picture and upload it in this forum what your fiber looks like and how you connected it to the modem?

I have attached a picture of the fibre connection and the modem. 

 

I was wondering whether the internet would only activate from my start date. When I applied, It said that my internet would be active from 14th Oct. I thought since I received the modem, my internet would activate earlier.
