Hello. I ordered internet with KPN about 10 days ago. I received a confirmation but later another email saying you needed to do further research about my internet and I will receive another email. I have not received further information.

It's been a couple days since your post. Have you received a follow-up since then? Often when this happens it's a simple matter. Like the house number having a suffix that is not known in our systems. Or a connection that is still active on your address.Â
We will find out what it is that causes the hold-up and update you by e-mail. Usually this takes a couple weekdays.
