Genexis Adapter Missing

Hello,
We have just moved to a new flat, and get kpn subscription 2days ago. But our genexis modem that was already in the house is missing the adapter. Where can we buy the adapter or is it possible that you could send one ?

Unfortunately yes. I see already an appointment, the 5th of february between 0800-1000 hours. I can't reschedule this to an earlier day due to the fact that the 5th is also the plandate. Which means that will be the day that the internet will be available.
