My glasfiber connection is not working and the telephone customer service can’t seem to figure out why. Can you help figure this out. See what shows up

 

Hi @Rodney Mhungu and welcome to our forum! You don't have any services at home right now? Have you already tried unplugging the glass fibre connection point, waiting for 2 minutes and then connecting it to the electricity again? If so, then you’ve already called us. Did my colleagues not arrange anything for you as a solution? I'd also advise you to walk through our outage page if you haven't yet. Hopefully the solution is somewhere in there. If not, don't hesitate to let me know!

Great, that's a step in the right direction at least. Hopefully the mechanic will find the solution quickly! 


To whom it may concern, is there a way I can delete this post now that the issue is fixed?
