Goedenmiddag,

Sinds enkele weken valt onze internetverbinding met zeer hoge regelmaat weg (zowel bekabeld als wireless). Soms doet de verbinding het voor een aantal uur, maar sommige uren valt de verbinding meerdere keren per 5 minuten weg, elke keer van enkele seconden tot een minuut ongeveer. Terwijl dit gebeurt wordt het lampje waar DSL/Internet bij staat op het modem (Experiabox V10A) rood, de lampjes op het glasvezelkastje veranderen niet (Power en Connection zijn aan, Alarm niet). Ik heb de gehele servicetool afgelopen (stroom van NT kastje halen, modem uitzetten en van stroom halen, modem resetten) en dit lost niets op. We hebben nu sinds juni KPN glasvezelinternet en het grootste gedeelte van die tijd heeft het internet perfect gewerkt. Sinds een week of twee zijn er nu bovenstaande problemen. Er zijn geen apparaten toegevoegd in de afgelopen twee maanden. We hebben twee KPN wifiversterkers (model WE620242). De firmware van het modem is v5.00.58. 

Ik heb het system log, maar het is erg lang om hier in het bericht te delen en ik weet niet wat de relevante onderdelen zijn. Ik kopieer hieronder een deel van het log van een tijd . Verrassend voor mij is dat er geen logs zijn tussen 10:41 en 12:40 (ik was toen zeker bezig met het internet en tussen 12:00 en 12:20 ondervond ik significante problemen met een videocall), en dat er logs van 10:40 bestaan na de logs van 12:40 beginnen. 

Ik zou een monteur laten komen, maar als KPN vindt dat dit onze eigen schuld is, is dat een duur grapje, en hun servicetool zegt al dat het niet aan de internetverbinding ligt maar aan iets in ons huis. Heeft iemand een oplossing voor dit probleem?
