Hi there! I'm moving to a house that has already a Glasvezelkastje Genexis and in my current house I have Glasvezelkastje FTU + NT (pictures below, both AON). The instructions I've received from KPN is just to leave behind the FTU+NT.

Does anybody knows how the connection/connector between the fiber coming from the street and the Genexis converter is? I couldn't find any picture out there….

Asking because, same as now, I'd like to keep using my own SFP to connect to my router.

Thanks!!

Hi @furfix , maybe this will help, it’s a page from the Freedom community with some instructions (in Dutch):

By any chance, do you know why the picture is showing 2 connectors?

SC(blue) the other looks like it's an SC/APC.

Based on the other pictures, looks like the genexis is using the green one, but I could be wrong...

• Blauw: singlemode UPC

• Groen: singlemode APC

No idea what it means though :) Maybe there is a specialist around at the forum who might help you out...

Hi, the blue A-vezel is the one you need with this type of FTU GN01 glass fiber unit. The green B-vezel we do not use. Do you know if you are already connected with your subscription?

Hi Steve, I didn't move yet, so my connection still remains on my current FTU-NT, but I want to make sure I will have everything needed to move it to the Genexis soon. Thanks!
