I received a Modem KPN Box 12, my contract starts today (Nov 16 2021) and I connected it to a wall socket via telephone plug. After connection, the green lights for Power and WiFi stopped blinking and kept on, but the Internet light keeps blinking and I have no internet connection. I’ve tried several times and waited for 30 - 45 minutes but I always get the same result: The light never stops bliking.

Any idea what could be the issue and how to resolve it?
