Hello. My customer number is ***I ordered fiber connection to my location 2 months ago. But still there is no fiber there. KPN status page shows that I can connect from 9 September, but I don’t even have a connection point.

Please help.

Hi @ivan.ilyin, I'm sad te hear you're facing issues with your KPN connection 🙁

When I check your subscription, I see KPN Network has not completed the fiber connection on your address, so we can not deliver our signal. There is a delay in your region, and they are not sure when it is possible to connect you. 

You should however still have a working line with Ziggo, is that true or is Ziggo already disconnected?


Hi @Maja_ . Yes, Ziggo subcription is still workin for me. Thank you for information. Looking forward for KPN connection news in my region.
