Help needed from a technician to install the KPN Fiber connection

Hello, I received only the router, but I did not receive the ONT/Fiber Modem, and my home does not have a fiber wall box. The router stays with an orange Power LED. I need a technician to install the fiber connection and provide the ONT.”
