Hi I have just got a home internet package with KPN but I need assistance in English while installing it. I have called the customer service twice and waited for over an hour and both times when I told them that I need assistance in English, they hung up! How can I get assistance in English???

First things first. What's the problem exactly? Did you manage to connect the router to the main connection point? If not, did you find the connection point? A foto of the connection point would be very helpful. 

Do you perhaps know the type of connection? Fiber or DSL?
