Hello!
I have received a KPN router on Wednesday - 09.12 and my internet had to be activated in 11.12, but today is already 14.12 and I don’t have any access to the internet. I called to customer support and they told me that it would be activated today but it has not happened.
Currently as most of as I am working from home an lack of the internet affects my job, please, activate the internet access immediately!
