I do not have a Dutch phone number anymore, how can I get in contact with KPN so I can cancel my subscription?

Hi @tomportolano,

I don't think you can use the call back option, since our customer service can only call dutch phone numbers. ( @ikheetjeff )
Cancelling will be the fastest if you call +316 1200 1200 yourself, you'll be able to end the subscription during that phone call. If you use the online option, it may take a while and we still need to contact you by phone (and that will be difficult, since you don't have a dutch phone number any more)

If your contact hasn't reached it's end date yet, you will not be able to cancel the normal way. Did you move to another country? If so, you can end your contact with emigration as reason. This you can do online: https://www.kpn.com/service/administratie/verhuizen/emigration Please read the instructions very carefully, if you don't send the right documentation your contract will not be cancelled.

Hi @tomportolano , welcome to the KPN Community. I understand that you want to cancel your KPN subscription through customer service.

You can reach KPN customer service from any phone (even abroad) by calling +31-612001200. You can also request a callback through this link, so you don’t incur any international call charges. If you scroll down a bit, you can click on "Schedule a call now or later."

It's also possible to cancel without contacting customer service. You can submit your cancellation through this page: https://www.kpn.com/service/administratie/opzeggen

Let us know if you need any help. We're happy to think along with you.

Thank you @Maja van KPN, I had forgotten that calling back foreign numbers might not be possible either.

But this isn’t (or is no longer) correct, right? You’re not required to confirm by phone if you’re cancelling online or in writing, are you?

We have to provide an online way to cancel your subscription, and we do:

Kan ik online opzeggen?

Zeker, maar het duurt wel langer dan via de telefoon. Na 4 weken is je opzegging verwerkt. We bellen je altijd nog even om je opzegging te bevestigen. Dit doen we met een 088-telefoonnummer.

Vul het online opzegformulier in voor internet, tv en bellen of een mobiel abonnement. Wil je zowel je mobiele abonnement als internet, tv en bellen opzeggen? Vul dan beide formulieren in.

We always want to confirm it is really the customer who placed the cancellation order, that is why we will call you when we receive a cancellation request.
