It is of course very annoying and frustrating if the internet fails every day.
In that case, the best thing to do is to contact the KPN breakdown service by telephone.
An employee of the breakdown service will then perform a line measurement on the fibre optic connection between the local exchange and your home address, to determine where the problem is.
The employee can also read the KPN Modem, to see if it is possible that the modem is the problem.
Call 0800-0402 and after the voice response voice has asked you what you are calling about, say the following: I have a breakdown
The KPN breakdown service can be reached by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the event of breakdowns and problems.
If you want to cancel your KPN internet subscription, you can also do this via the telephone customer service at the cancellations and contract management department.
