Hi,

I am experiencing the same issue. Got the alcatel mobile modem for the emergency package, which works fine. But the companion app is not available for my Android, and both the default admin password and the password printed on the sticker are not working to access the info at 192.168.1.1. Unfortunately, alcatel customer service cannot help me.

 

I would appreciate if anybody could help me with how I can monitor my data usage. As both my partner and myself are working from home, running out of service and having to wait a few hours to top it up (up to three hours, according to KPN customer service) is not an option. 

 

Please let me know if I should any additional info here!

Hi ​@Johannes L0, welcome to our community! I don't have a simple solution for this I'm afraid. Did you try the steps in the original topic?
