Hi

I wanted to change the wifi password to something easier to write and remember and I am now stuck outside my wifi. Old and new password do not work, and I cannot access my ‘ thuis’ KPN app to reset the settings since I do not have internet

I tried calling multiple time the KPN customer service (english not an option?) but it keeps sending me to a web page that does not help me with my issues.

Can someone please help/ contact me so I can close this issue asap?

@Wifi password recovery You have to reset your modem Box12  as follow ;

With the reset button. This is located at the back in the hole next to the green Phone ports. Press a thin object (skewer, paper clip) into the hole for 3-5 seconds until the power light turns red. Let go and wait. The Box will reset and restart. This will take about 10-15 minutes.

Then you can login with the SSID password given on the back of your Box 12.
