I’m renting an apartment in amsterdam and I don’t have access to the customer service, I can’t contact my landlord because the agency is working during the weekend./p?pIs there any other way to report a malfunction other than the website? All links point to the website and, my account freshly created, can’t manage the contract or report malfunctions. It’s now 14 hours of downtime.

Hi @lilolilo, welcome! Did you try to call our customer service again, as JanD suggested? You could also ask my colleagues for help via Facebook or X. In this kind of situations, the community can only help you so much. We need your adress/customer number to check your subscription. 

 

Have you tried to pull the plug out of the fiber optic box for 2 minutes? And maybe try to reset your modem. If that doesn't work, my advise would be to call us.
