How do I book an appointment online to go to the physical store

For some reason I cannot just go to the KPN store in The Hague, and I have to book an appointment online… And it is not clear to me how that should be done because the website is hard to navigate in Dutch. Please let me know how I can visit KPN immediately.

Good afternoon @Nabeel Khan, you can use the direct link for the form: https://www.kpn.com/service/kpn-winkel.htm#/ The form will ask to enter your zipcode (postcode)after that you can choose the date and time. Before you confirm the appointment you will be asked to fill in some personal records.
