My 1 year contract ends in few days and I would like to renew it for the same product/package and monthly amount. I searched through my KPN account and I could not find the option to renew contract. How I can do it? The chatbox closes without providing any help and the appointment I made through the platform to have a phone call with an assistant never took place. Is KPN sending a email about renewing the contract automatically or not?Thank you. 

Hi @Panagiota , your contract doesn’t end, only the fixed 1-year period ends. It will continue for a undefinite period with a notice period of 1 month. The price and conditions will stay the same.
