Easiest is to call with 0800-0402

The modem and 4G device you must return to KPN, normally the will sent you a box to return the equipment in. See also (in Dutch): https://www.kpn.com/service/administratie/terugsturen.htm#/ser-terugsturen/ser-terugsturen-huur-bruikleen-opzeggen-annuleren

If you haven't received that box in time you can sent it in any box to:

Make sure you receive a ticket from the postoffice that you sent the box with the equipment and keep that ticket so you can later prove (if necessary) that you send it back.

Hi @pitig91, I see GeSp has provided you with the different options to cancel your subscription. Have you been able to use one of those suggestions? If not, you can still do that.

I didn't try it because I will be moving out in the end of December so I still need network connection. Is it ok if I do it one month earlier?

You should cancel it at least 1 month in advance because the notice period is 1 month.
