I want to cancel my subscription for Internet and TV.

I approached KPN via the chat, they tried to connect me to an employee, but after few seconds they mentioned they will call back. I got a call from KPN employee, but she was speaking in Dutch. I requested her if she can talk in English, but she couldn't so she reconnected me to the help line, after few minutes it got disconnected.

How can I reach out to someone and explain in English to cancel my subscription?

Calling 0800-0402 will be the quickest way to get your subscription cancelled, most of our colleagues should actually speak english
