How to know how much data I have consumed from my direct online package so I can make a request for a top up. I read that I can request extra package by calling customer service, but that will not be possible after 6 pm and I may still require the extra data after 6 pm.

Good question. It is not possible to see exactly how much data is left on the SIM card. However, if you have the Alcatel router, you can use the Alcatel Link app to see how much data is being used. You can find the app in your app store. You can also top up outside of opening hours, this happens automatically. It is important that you call us using the phone number registered in our systems for your subscription.
