Hi all,

 

I have recently moved to a new house and I have brought KPN modem with me.

Unfortunately, I don’t know how to connect the Internet. I attach some photos of possible Internet connections in the house. A neighbour of mine shows his Internet connection with the rectangular box (similar to one box in my photos), which seems to be available only to Caiway. 

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks very much in advance!

The small grey cable beside the blue one is the cable you need to connect to. Follow this cable to find the connectionpoint

@Speedmaster Thank you for your response. I couldn’t track the cable because it is going through some hidden places that I cannot see through. I looked around and found several potential points in the house.

  • I tried and was not successful with the connection shown in one of the photos. 
  • There are a 4-hole connection point which I haven’t tried because I don’t have a cable for it.
  • Also, there is a suspicious cable that is not connected to any output. Hopefully, this is not the one.

Do you have any idea of the connection point in one of the three?

I am afraid that it could be the cable which nothing is connected to. 

How is the situation at this point? Did you already manage to install the modem?
