How to get Genexis ONT replaced by Nokia one?

I have a Genexis ONT and I now have the 4Gb/s package. I’ve upgraded my router/switch to be 10g compatible, but the connection between the ONT and my router (which handles PPPoe) keeps flapping when I use a 10g port.

I’ve heard lots of people had issues with the Genexis ONT that were resolved when changing to the Nokia one. How do I get this replacement? Everytime I call the customer support does not understand the problem...

Hi @sbkpn, welcome! You mention that you've upgraded your router/switch to be compatible. Does this mean you are not using the Box 14 we sent? If so, would you please test if the connection is also unstable when using the Box 14?

    Hi @sbkpn, welcome! You mention that you've upgraded your router/switch to be compatible. Does this mean you are not using the Box 14 we sent? If so, would you please test if the connection is also unstable when using the Box 14?
