How to pause my internet subscription for one month due to holiday?

I will be away from NL for a month and want to pause my internet subscription for that period. How to do this?

Unfortunately it isn't possible to pause your subscription for a month, I'm really sorry. I know this is a very short answer but that's really all I can say regadring this matter! If you have any further questions, please let us know!
