How to troubleshoot budget/kpn about no internet signal ???

Need to contact an online chat with an employee of kpn !!!? How do I do that? I have had an internet problem for three days.

Hi @Magdalena Borowczyk, if Budget is your provider, you should contact them. If not you could contact us at 0800-0402.
