I am moving. What to do with the devices from KPN?

Hey, I’m going to change my house, and I applied for the moving my contract to the new place.

I received an email that basically says that I have to remove kpn modems by myself

Verhuis deze apparatuur zelf mee
Deze apparatuur verhuist u zelf mee om uw abonnement te kunnen gebruiken op uw nieuwe adres:

KPN Experia Box

Voor informatie over installatie en gebruik van het modem is een handleiding beschikbaar op kpn.com/verhuizing-aansluiten.

 

Actually, I’m not sure that I understand it right and the link doesn't work so could you please explain to me, what I am supposed to do and how?

Hi @Bohdan! Glad to hear that our services are moving with you! 

You can use the same router, Experia Box, at your new place. So, what you need to do, is unplug the Experia Box and take it with you (don't forget the cable + adapter. You can install/ plug it back in on your moving day.
