I am not able to check my new home internet order status

The page https://www.kpn.com/service/administratie/bestelling.htm shows errors.

And I only get initial email but no more news after 5 days

Hi @Mikhail Dengin, welcome to our forum, The bestelstatus page can take up to 24 hours before it is available. But you're past that, since you've said you're waiting for 5 days at that time. Is the status still unavailable now? What errors do you get?

Have you tried calling us at 0800-0402? That is the quickest way to check your situation.
